- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information when required
- Maintain proper records and support documentation processes
- Contribute to team objectives by completing assigned tasks efficiently
- Provide customer service support when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional attitude with good problem solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Experience in customer service is an advantage
- Previous administrative experience is preferred

Job Description
