- Maintain accurate student records and administrative documentation in accordance with academy policies and compliance requirements
- Develop proficiency in the academy's operational systems, including CRM, student information management systems, and other digital platforms
- Provide administrative support for academic programmes, examinations, events, and day to day school operations
Requirements
- Prior experience in administration or a related role is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to learn new systems
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving abilities
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with different teams

Job Responsibilities

- Develop proficiency in the academy's operational systems, including CRM, student information management systems, and other digital platforms, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Provide administrative support for academic programmes, examinations, events, and day to day school operations as required.
Requirements
