- Maintain and organize patient records, administrative files, and confidential documents
- Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Perform accurate data entry and update healthcare databases
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and external service providers
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchasing requests
- Support patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front office operations when required
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, administrative procedures, and confidentiality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Experience in a hospital, clinic, medical center, or healthcare facility is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management systems
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- UAE healthcare administration experience is an advantage
