- Handle ad hoc tasks, reports, and process improvements for the operations team
- Manage storage room inventory and tracking
- Monitor office facilities and equipment, flagging issues proactively
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties
Requirements
- Experience in administrative support or office management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools

Responsibilities
- Running the calendars, meetings, and internal comms so nothing slips.
- Keeping files, records, and operational documents properly organised and findable.
- Supporting the manager with the HR folder: staff calendars, visas, PRO coordination, and holidays.
- Jumping into ad hoc tasks, reports, and process improvements for the ops team.
- Owning the storage room — stock in, stock tracked, nothing lost.
- Keeping an eye on office facilities and equipment, and flagging issues before they're actual problems.
- Handling the general clerical and admin work that keeps an office moving.
- Spotting where things could run better, and fixing it before anyone has to ask.
