Role Description

  • The Administrative Assistant role at High Class Services hospitality is a full time, on site position based in Doha.
  • The Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations by managing correspondence, answering and directing phone calls, organizing files, and maintaining records.
  • This role includes scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing basic reports, and assisting with executive administrative tasks as needed.
  • The Administrative Assistant collaborates with colleagues and management to ensure timely completion of clerical work, supports guest related documentation, and helps maintain an organized, professional office environment.
  • The position requires consistent on site presence to provide reliable administrative support to the hospitality team.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support office operations and leadership.
  • Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record management.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally with guests, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, scheduling tools) is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced hospitality environment are preferred.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer facing administrative roles is an advantage.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional administrative or business training is a plus.
  • Ability to work on site in Doha, maintain punctuality, and uphold professional standards of conduct and appearance.
