Responsibilities
- Manage day to day office operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and supporting executive staff with administrative tasks
- Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, organize and update electronic and physical files
- Prepare basic reports and documentation
- Coordinate internal communication
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics
- Ensure office supplies and equipment are well maintained
- Collaborate closely with team members to support smooth business operations and uphold the company’s service standards
Requirements
- Strong administrative support skills, including Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Proficient clerical abilities, such as Clerical Skills, record keeping, and document management
- Effective Communication and professional Phone Etiquette
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and basic data entry skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- High school diploma required; additional training or certification in administration or office management is an advantage
