Administrative Assistant Customer Service

The candidate will be responsible for answering phones, data entry and order follow up.

This is an entry level job but offers high growth potential

Educational and other requirements:

• Minimum two-year Associate degree with concentration in accounting/finance or any analytical discipline.
• Phones need to answer promptly in courteous and professional manner. Data entry requires entering customer orders in the system and emailing them of order status. An ability to quickly learn usage of new software/ERP system, experience with MS office and proficiency in Excel. The job requires excellent organization and communication skills. Bilingual preferred – English and Spanish
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and switch focus quickly Must have a strong work ethic. Being able to work together as team player is crucial. Good verbal and written communication skills and an ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people.
