In this role, the ideal candidate will be highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, while supporting the Team with various duties. You will play an active part in the daily operations of the Center and support our business objectives. What you’ll do Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: The ability to prioritize and assign work within commitment dates and times. Be able to quickly analyze a situation and develop a solution while working within the team to meet goals. Apply critical thinking skills to understand problems, analyze facts and anticipate results to make decisions based on available information. The ability to work within Excel and Google based Docs, create scheduling calendars and ticket tracking solutions. Answers customer calls to ensure satisfactory performance of service. Provides administrative support to Centers in our Arkansas Region. Responsible for the overall completeness and accuracy of all employment data entries Processes any onboarding paperwork for new hires and completes I9 verification. Composes and files routine correspondence. Assists with ordering office supplies. Assists with general office duties, as assigned. What you’ll need Required skills for success: High school diploma or GED equivalency required. Six (6) months of experience in an administrative role or related experience required. Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to project professionalism in client and employee interactions Ability to learn new systems and software related to the role Strong understanding of Google and Office Suites The wage range for Administrative Assistant - Bryant, AR is $20.00 - $24.00 .
