ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with appointments, scheduling, intakes, admissions, and discharges.
Adhere to all program guidelines and requirements.
Support the needs of residents/clients of the program.
Data entry, filing and support duties as required.
Monitor and perform urinalysis.
Observation and tracking of medication adherence.
Provide or coordinate appropriate transportation for residents/clients.
Interact with resident/client, staff, and guests in a humanistic, person-centered, gender-informed, and trauma-informed manner.
Attend program staff meeting.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- HS diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1 year related experience.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Prior experience working in residential or behavior health strongly preferred.
- Ability to work directly with a range of clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to complete clear and presentable documentation.
- Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others as a team.
