CMHA Toronto is seeking a Program Administrative Assistant for the Toronto Community Crisis Support Services program.

The program provides 24/7 support to people experiencing mental health or addiction crises in northwest Toronto.

CMHA is a national community mental health organization providing mental health and addiction services and supports across Canada.

CMHA Toronto provides services through multiple programs and locations across the City of Toronto.

Provide administrative support and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Toronto Community Crisis Support program.
Schedule meetings, training workshops, seminars, staff, and activities, and take meeting minutes.
Receive and triage calls, coordinate communications, and participate in team meetings.
Manage clinical records and electronic medical record data while protecting personal health information.
Run performance reports, maintain program accounting and budget records, and process expenses and invoices.
Prepare mail, faxes, and parcels, purchase supplies, and use sound judgment in difficult situations.
