Role Description

  • The Administrative Assistant role is a full time, on site position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
  • The Administrative Assistant will manage day to day office operations, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records.
  • This role supports executives and consultants with clerical tasks such as preparing documents, organizing files, and coordinating meetings.
  • The Administrative Assistant will welcome visitors, ensure a professional reception environment, and help streamline workflows and administrative procedures.
  • The position requires strong attention to detail, efficient time management, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a client focused setting.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including document preparation, data entry, filing, and calendar management.
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and courteously with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, supporting leadership with scheduling, meeting coordination, and confidential correspondence.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office or similar tools), and comfort working with digital records and CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Previous experience in an immigration, legal, or consulting office is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English required; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are beneficial.
  • High school diploma required; vocational training or a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
