The Administrative Assistant will support growing operations across the Middle East and Africa region.
The role provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to management, employees, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration, correspondence, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel, and office requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and company documents.
- Support HR and employee-related administrative activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.
- Assist management with reports and other administrative tasks.
- Support general office and operational requirements as needed.
