Role Overview
Join a dental laboratory supporting partner clinics and dental centers across Doha.
Serve as the central communication point for laboratory cases, requests, production tracking, materials, and deliveries.
The healthcare facility operates under Ministry of Public Health Qatar regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, coordinate with clinic receptionists, and provide real-time case tracking updates.
- Serve as the main liaison for partner dental centers across Doha.
- Act as the initial checkpoint for incoming requests and digital dental cases.
- Input comprehensive case logs into the Dental Lab Management Software.
- Route cases to licensed departments including CAD/CAM, Crown and Bridge, Removals, and Orthodontics.
- Track production timelines so promised delivery dates to external clinics are met.
- Track dental raw materials such as zirconia blocks, porcelain powders, and acrylics.
- Maintain lot numbers and batch certificates for material traceability and approval in Qatar.
- Dispatch and coordinate drivers transporting sterile prosthetics securely to clinics.
