Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant.

The Administrative Assistant will handle a range of tasks, including providing general administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating communications, responding to phone and email inquiries with excellent etiquette, and ensuring efficient clerical operations.

The role also entails supporting executive-level staff and contributing to the smooth functioning of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Experience with Clerical Skills, including organizing files, managing correspondence, and scheduling
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn about reproductive health and assisted reproductive technologies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
