About the Role
HYPERPC Middle East is seeking an Administrative and Procurement/Sales Specialist to manage procurement, sales, financial documentation, and administrative support for their Dubai branch.

Responsibilities
- Prompt acquisition of necessary components from partners, control over delivery timelines and quality
- Managing clients in CRM system, communicating in chat rooms and by phone, meetings in the office, full sales cycle
- Assisting branch manager in collecting, approving, and preparing financial and reporting documentation
- Full lifecycle support for orders from placement to delivery
- Managing warehouse program and documentation flow, providing general administrative support
- Solving various administrative issues related to office and business support
Requirements
- Experience working with computers or other high value products
- Mandatory experience in procurement of electronics and computer components for corporate entities
- Confident proficiency in English (B2/Upper Intermediate and above)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Your Mission: Ensuring Flawless System Operation
- Strategic Procurement: Prompt acquisition of necessary components from partners, control over delivery timelines and quality.

Your Key Characteristics (Requirements)
