Job Overview
- We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Administrative & Accounts Assistant to join our clinic team.
- The ideal candidate will support both accounting and administrative operations while ensuring accurate reporting and smooth day to day processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Daily cash reconciliation
- Credit card reconciliation
- Verify collections against the clinic system
- Track doctor commissions
- Track staff commissions
- Prepare weekly revenue reports
- Monitor outstanding payments
- Organize invoices and supplier payments
- Prepare reports
- Follow up on pending documents
- Manage contracts and agreements
- Organize staff files and DHA documents
KPI Reporting
- Every morning provide: Yesterday’s revenue, Revenue by department, New patients, No shows, Outstanding treatment plans, Pending payments
- Find and contact influencers
- Own visa is preferred
