Job Overview

  • We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Administrative & Accounts Assistant to join our clinic team.
  • The ideal candidate will support both accounting and administrative operations while ensuring accurate reporting and smooth day to day processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Daily cash reconciliation
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Verify collections against the clinic system
  • Track doctor commissions
  • Track staff commissions
  • Prepare weekly revenue reports
  • Monitor outstanding payments
  • Organize invoices and supplier payments
  • Prepare reports
  • Follow up on pending documents
  • Manage contracts and agreements
  • Organize staff files and DHA documents

KPI Reporting

  • Every morning provide: Yesterday’s revenue, Revenue by department, New patients, No shows, Outstanding treatment plans, Pending payments
  • Find and contact influencers
  • Own visa is preferred
