Administration Support Officer

Your Role

• You’ll be the first point of contact for the service, managing our reception and being part of a busy administration team who provide professional and efficient support to the team.
• Your tasks will include:
• General administrative support duties (including general reception, answering phones, emails etc).
• Management of incoming and outgoing mail.
• Providing advice and information on Ozcare’s products and services.
• Preparing detailed documents.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
