What You'Ll Do

Strategic Advising: * Serves as a high-level trusted advisor for senior leadership; acting as a strategic thought partner, confidante and sounding board; engaging in brainstorming freely, option analysis and challenging assumptions to provide transformative strategic guidance on key initiatives and decisions
Operational Framework: * Establishes seamless processes and management routines that drive operational excellence; Translates complex concepts into practical, sustainable solutions, leveraging automation, process simplification, and enhanced reporting for long-term efficiency.
Influential Leadership: * Acts as a catalyst for innovation and change among peers, leading strategic initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams with strong influence and without direct authority, showcasing exemplary leadership to drive results.
Project Oversight: * Overseeing high-impact strategic projects and directing cross-functional teams that advance the operations brand, image, culture, and engagement initiatives, as well as enhances talent management.

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or similar field or equivalent experience required
10+ years of experience in program or business management, operations, or strategic planning, preferably in a financial institution required
Experience supporting C-suite executives or working in executive operations required
