Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office operations and administrative systems
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Support HR in administrative tasks (attendance, onboarding, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in facility management and office maintenance
Requirements
- Saudi National (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administration, office management, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
