Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files related to clients, contracts, permits, invoices, and other business documents
- Maintain detailed records of pest control services, including job descriptions, time logs, materials used, and client feedback
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally, address client inquiries, schedule appointments
- Act as a liaison between the pest control team and management, relaying important information and instructions
- Conduct regular follow ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and seek feedback
- Input relevant data into the company's database, such as client information, service logs, and financial records
- Assist in preparing invoices for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness, track payments and follow up on overdue accounts
- Monitor inventory levels of pest control equipment and supplies, coordinate with suppliers to restock
- Provide general administrative support to the pest control team and management as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the pest control or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in using computers and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets)
- Language Arabic & English (Write, speak & Read) is mandatory
- Administrative Officer: 3 years (Preferred)

Qualifications
