Role Overview
As an Administration Officer, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the dealership. You will work across a range of administrative functions while ensuring documentation, records and vehicle inventory are maintained accurately. Key responsibilities include:
Processing vehicle sales and delivery documentation
Managing registrations, compliance and related paperwork
Maintaining accurate dealership records and databases
Assisting with accounts administration and invoice processing
Coordinating customer and supplier communications
Providing general administrative and reception support
Managing vehicle stock control, including vehicle receipting, stock movements and inventory records
Working closely with the sales and management teams to ensure smooth dealership operations
