Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all administrative functions to support daily operations
- Develop, implement, and maintain administrative policies, procedures, and best practices
- Oversee office administration, facilities management, procurement, transportation, and company assets
- Manage administrative budgets, vendor contracts, and service providers
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations
- Oversee government related processes including trade license renewals and regulatory compliance
- Supervise administrative staff and foster a high performance work environment
- Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and health and safety regulations

Requirements

- Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems

Job Summary

Qualifications
