About the Role
The Administration Manager will oversee office operations, support employees and management, coordinate events and purchases, manage assigned projects, and provide executive support to the COO and Deputy CEO.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and ensure office issues, maintenance, and improvements are handled.
- Supervise the administration team, drivers, and administrative assistants.
- Support employees with HR-related matters and coordinate concerns with HR.
- Manage purchasing, verify LPOs, obtain quotations, and ensure value and approvals.
- Review documents requiring the COO’s signature for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate events, exhibitions, gatherings, client meetings, Finance, Marketing, management, and suppliers.
- Coordinate brochures, marketing materials, and company collateral with Marketing.
- Manage the COO’s calendar, appointments, and meeting requests.
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes and follow up on action points.
- Manage COO-assigned projects within scope and timelines.
