Administration Clerk

What you’ll Do

As part of the continued growth of our Prospect operation, we are seeking a motivated and people-focused Administration Clerk to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a busy distribution site, work closely with operational teams, and contribute to the ongoing success of one of Australia's leading cold storage and logistics providers.

Reporting to the site leadership team, the Administration Clerk will provide administrative and customer service support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the site.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.

• Coordinate and prepare presentations using established templates.
• Liaise with external suppliers to produce marketing and communication materials.
• Maintain and organise site paperwork and electronic filing systems.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage truck arrival and departure timekeeping records.
• Receive and respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Operate office equipment and business systems including Microsoft Office applications.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and general administration activities.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and site teams.
• Support operational leaders with day-to-day administrative requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous administration or office support experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Experience within a warehouse, logistics, transport, distribution, or supply chain environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations.
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders in a busy operational setting.

• Ability to perform general office duties, including prolonged periods of sitting.
• Occasional visits to warehouse operations, including cold storage environments.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 10kg when required.
