As an Administration Assistant, you'll be at the centre of our operations, helping our consultants, leaders, clients and stakeholders have a seamless experience every day.

As a valued member of our team, you'll:

Support the day-to-day administration of the business

Respond to phone, email, and client enquiries with professionalism and care

Maintain accurate records, databases, and business documentation

Coordinate meetings, calendars, and team activities

Assist consultants and leaders with a variety of administrative tasks

Support office operations, compliance, and quality processes

Help create positive experiences for clients, employees, and stakeholders

No two days will be the same, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and being the go to person for support.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

Have previous experience in administration, customer service, reception or office support

Are highly organised and can manage multiple priorities

Have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Communicate confidently with people at all levels

Enjoy building positive relationships and providing great service

Are comfortable using Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint

Take ownership, show initiative, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team

Certificate III in Business Administration is desirable but not essential.
