About the company

Key responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination.
• Prepare and maintain correspondence, reports, records, and documents.
• Manage filing, document control, and administrative records.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Assist with scheduling, meetings, and general office activities.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in office administration, correspondence, and document control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Previous experience in a construction, engineering, or fire protection company is an advantage.
• Valid Qatar ID with transferable visa or NOC is required.
• Candidates currently residing in Qatar are preferred.

Location and work arrangement

• The position is located in Doha, Qatar.
• Work location is in person.

Compensation and employment

• The position is full-time.
• Pay starts at QAR 2,500 per month.
