As an Administration Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while gaining valuable experience, stability, and career growth in a supportive work environment.
Salary, Benefits & Schedule
- Competitive salary: QAR 3,500 – QAR 5,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations
- Handle document preparation, filing, and record-keeping
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
- Respond to emails, calls, and internal inquiries professionally
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Assist with reports, presentations, and data entry
- Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks
- Ensure confidentiality and organization of company records
