About the Role

  • Provide reliable, day to day administrative support across the business.
  • Support Office Manager and Marketing & Engagement Manager.
  • Exposure across all aspects of the business.

Accountabilities

  • Attend to phones and facilitate enquiries
  • Maintain a well run, clean and fully stocked office environment
  • Manage mail, deliveries and general office upkeep
  • Assist with document preparation, formatting, printing and record keeping
  • Support timesheet entry, data management and maintaining registers
  • Assist with setting up new projects including job folders and documentation
  • Support site setup including procurement of stock, safety equipment and materials
  • Assist in tracking compliance items and project admin requirements
  • Help maintain plant, equipment and asset registers
  • Provide administrative support to Marketing & Engagement Manager
  • Assist with writing and scheduling social media posts
  • Assist with event logistics

Salary Range

  • $65,000 $75,000 per year
