Responsibilities
- Attend to phones and facilitate enquiries
- Maintain a well run, clean and fully stocked office environment
- Manage mail, deliveries and general office upkeep
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, printing and record keeping
- Support timesheet entry, data management and maintaining registers
- Assist with setting up new projects including job folders and documentation
- Provide administrative support to Marketing & Engagement Manager including events and communications

- Support Office Manager and Marketing & Engagement Manager.
- Exposure across all aspects of the business.
Accountabilities
- Attend to phones and facilitate enquiries
- Maintain a well run, clean and fully stocked office environment
- Manage mail, deliveries and general office upkeep
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, printing and record keeping
- Support timesheet entry, data management and maintaining registers
- Assist with setting up new projects including job folders and documentation
- Support site setup including procurement of stock, safety equipment and materials
- Assist in tracking compliance items and project admin requirements
- Help maintain plant, equipment and asset registers
- Provide administrative support to Marketing & Engagement Manager
- Assist with writing and scheduling social media posts
- Assist with event logistics

Salary Range
- $65,000 $75,000 per year
