- Support executive staff with administrative tasks
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and basic documentation
- Coordinate office supplies, liaise with internal teams and external partners
- Ensure front desk and office procedures run efficiently and professionally
Requirements

- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for handling calls, emails, and in person inquiries in a professional manner.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office), basic data entry, and document management tools.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field are preferred, along with prior experience in an administrative or office support role.
