Overview
We are looking for a Travel Agent to join our team and support our clients with their travel needs from inquiry to trip completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries promptly via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Assist with bookings for flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and other travel services
- Provide accurate information on destinations, packages, and travel requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners to confirm services and resolve issues
- Handle amendments, cancellations, and special requests efficiently
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication
- Maintain accurate records and update booking systems
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service (travel industry experience is a must)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure, especially with last-minute requests
- Attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
- Knowledge of travel systems or B2B portals is an advantage
