Responsibilities
- Track performance of contractors (Parking O&M, TFM, Security) against SLA/KPI
- Validate contractor reports and prepare owner level performance summaries
- Maintain all contractor contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and compliance records
- Review and verify contractor invoices against contract terms and SLAs
- Maintain and track lease agreements and approvals
- Coordinate with tenants on lease finalization, fit out requirements, and inspections
- Manage tenant cheques (advance payments, rent, post dated cheques)
- Liaise with Finance for cheque handover, tracking, and reconciliation
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Facility Management, Business, Real Estate, or related fields
- 2–4 years of experience in FM, property management, or client side operations
- Experience in SLA/KPI monitoring, contract administration, invoicing, and leasing coordination
- Familiarity with CAFM systems (Maximo, Concept, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and follow up skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Overview
- Wahat Al Bastakia Investment LLC (associated with Tanama Holding) seeks an Admin/Service Support for a PPP building project in Dubai.
- Work location: Dubai, Al Souk Al Kabeer area, office.
Key Responsibilities
- Track performance of contractors (Parking O&M, TFM, Security) against SLA/KPI.

Job Requirements
