Job Summary

  • We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant / Secretary to provide administrative support and ensure the efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
  • Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain records, files, and office documentation.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and scheduling of appointments.
  • Assist with data entry and report preparation.
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain office calendars.
  • Support daily office operations and administrative activities.
  • Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks when required.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma, diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous administrative or office experience is preferred but not required.
  • Philippine nationals are preferred
