Female-Admin & Sales Coordinator** (Leads Conversion Focus)

Location: The Pearl, Lusail & Ain Khalid Gate (Rotational Basis)

About Fitness Factory

At Fitness Factory, we support every stage of the fitness journey, from babies and toddlers to teens and adults.

With programs in ballet, martial arts, and group fitness, we create a space where individuals and families can grow stronger, healthier, and more connected.

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Admin & Sales Coordinator to support daily operations and actively manage and convert incoming leads.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and confident in communicating with clients.

You will be the first point of contact for inquiries and play a key role in turning leads into enrolled clients across our programs.

Sales & Lead Conversion

  • Respond promptly to all WhatsApp, calls, and online inquiries
  • Qualify leads and recommend suitable programs
  • Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into bookings
  • Track leads and maintain organized records

Customer Service

  • Ensure no customer inquiry is left unattended
  • Provide accurate information on programs, schedules, and pricing
  • Handle client concerns professionally and efficiently

Administrative Support

  • Manage daily scheduling and bookings
  • Coordinate with coaches and team members
  • Maintain updated client database and reports

Accounting Duties

  • Assist with daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
  • Record payments, invoices, and expenses accurately
  • Prepare daily financial reports across all locations and programs, including cash and bank transfers
  • Track refunds, adjustments, and billing corrections
  • Identify pending dues and upcoming renewals, supporting collection follow-ups
  • Reconcile daily collections with bank statements and receipts
  • Prepare basic financial summaries and reports for management

Role Expectations & Key Outcomes

  • Deliver accurate, timely, and transparent financial reports daily
  • Ensure correct billing, payment tracking, and record keeping
  • Maintain high customer service standards in a busy, dynamic environment
  • Proactively flag discrepancies, pending dues, or client concerns
  • Exhibit positive energy, professionalism, and strong people skills at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience in **sales, customer service, or lead conversion** (highly preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
  • Confident handling WhatsApp and client interactions
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Self-driven and able to work independently

Preferred Qualities

  • Experience in **fitness, kids programs, or service-based industry**
  • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on results
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Must Be Able To

  • Reliably commute or relocate to Doha before starting work
  • Work across The Pearl, Lusail & Ain Khalid Gate as needed
