Black Sea Business Center seeks an Admin & Sales Coordinator to manage daily administrative and sales activities, maintain records, support the sales team, and coordinate client communications.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily administrative and sales related activities to ensure smooth business operations
- Maintain accurate records of client inquiries, sales activities, contracts, invoices, and company documents
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, proposals, agreements, and reports
- Follow up with clients regarding payments, renewals, contract documentation, and service requests
- Monitor sales leads, track opportunities, and ensure timely updates within the CRM or reporting system
- Maintain clear communication between clients, sales representatives, management, and other departments
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing correspondence with clients and partners
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and organization of all business records and customer information
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall team productivity
Requirements
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and responsible approach to work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and online business tools
- Ability to prepare reports, maintain records, and manage documentation accurately
- Strong follow up and coordination skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and customer requests
- Self motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
