- Manage reception and front desk operations

- Schedule classes and manage room bookings
- Support admissions administration
- Process payments and maintain administrative records
- Coordinate communication with staff and parents
- Maintain filing systems and confidential documentation
- Ensure reception areas remain organised and presentable
- Monitor office supplies
- Report maintenance and safety issues
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Administrator
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills

- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- High attention to detail
- Strong confidentiality and customer service skills
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
