Responsibilities
- Manage day to day administrative and office operations
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Department and other business units
- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and filing systems
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and official documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and government authorities when required
- Schedule meetings, manage office logistics, and ensure smooth workflow
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a finance or corporate environment
- Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Candidates with finance administration experience and immediate availability will be given preference
