Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and support operations.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls and document filing.
- Maintain employee records and company documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and service providers.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, quotations and presentations.
- Schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when required.
- Support HR activities, including attendance records and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 3 4 years of UAE experience in administration or office management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
