Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for an Admin Officer.
The Admin Officer will manage daily administrative tasks, maintain organized records, coordinate office operations, and provide general support to clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities include scheduling, handling correspondence, assisting with documentation and filing, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
The role requires a dynamic, positive, and high-energy individual who is presentable, able to multitask effectively, work under pressure, and proactively support business needs in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or a similar role
- Proven experience in a comparable administrative position
- Strong ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Dynamic, adaptable, and proactive personality
- Positive attitude, high energy, and professional appearance (presentable)
- Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
- **Arabic language is a must**
