Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Admin / Office All-Rounder to join our growing team and support our London and Dubai operations.

This role is perfect for someone who is organised, flexible, and willing to assist with different areas of the business in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Handling day-to-day administrative tasks

Assisting with customer service and office coordination

Managing emails, calls, and operational support

Supporting different departments when needed

Helping coordinate with both London and Dubai teams

Maintaining organised records and reports

Assisting with scheduling and general office duties

Requirements

Must be willing to work as an all-rounder in the office

Open to working across different time zones as we cater to both London and Dubai operations

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous admin or office experience is an advantage

Applicants must currently be based in Dubai, UAE
