Overview

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Manager to oversee daily office administration and support smooth business operations.

The ideal candidate should have UAE administrative experience and knowledge of company documentation, property coordination, vehicle management, and government-related procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
  • Handle company documentation, filing, and record maintenance.
  • Coordinate trade license renewals, company registrations, amendments, and official documentation.
  • Handle visa applications, renewals, Emirates ID processing, labor cards, and immigration-related coordination.
  • Coordinate with PRO for all government-related approvals and applications.
  • Process and coordinate notarization work through Dubai Courts Notary Public services.
  • Handle documentation and coordination with Dubai Land Department for property-related matters.
  • Manage tenancy contracts, Ejari renewals, property maintenance, and utility coordination.
  • Supervise company vehicle registration, insurance renewals, servicing, Salik, fines, and maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, office supplies, and vendor management.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and appointment scheduling.
  • Support HR and accounts department with employee records and administrative documentation.
  • Maintain attendance records and employee files.
  • Liaise with banks, courier companies, suppliers, government authorities, and service providers.
  • Prepare reports, letters, agreements, and management documentation
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
  • 1–3 years UAE administration experience.
  • Knowledge of UAE company formation and documentation procedures.
  • Experience handling visa processing, trade license renewals, Dubai Courts notary procedures, and Dubai Land Department coordination.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
