- Manage and oversee all administrative tasks for real estate transactions (RERA and other regulatory processes)
- Draft, review, and prepare all transaction contracts, including sales, purchase, and RERA contracts (Contract F, A, I, etc.)
- Coordinate with developers, ensuring all paperwork and compliance requirements are met
- Handle HR tasks, including employee documentation, onboarding, and coordination of company policies
- Ensure accurate record keeping, filing, and compliance with UAE real estate regulations
- Support the management team with administrative tasks and HR related functions
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate administration or HR within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of RERA regulations and real estate transaction contracts
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software/tools
- Detail oriented with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate
