Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for sales, CRM, administration, and operations roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Handle joining, offer, appointment, exit, and employee-file formalities.
• Coordinate office administration, vendors, supplies, and daily operations.
• Support HR policies, employee discipline, legal documentation, and basic compliance.
• Maintain HR MIS reports and employee databases.
• Support management with operational and administrative tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years of HR and administration experience.
• Real estate industry experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and office administration.
• Basic understanding of HR compliance and legal documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
