About the Role
Najma Alsama Technical Services seeks an Admin & HR Executive to manage office administration, HR operations, and employee lifecycle in a Dubai-based fit-out and renovation company.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations
- Maintain employee records, personal files, contracts, and HR documentation
- Handle recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, and induction
- Coordinate visa processing, Emirates ID applications, medical appointments, labour and immigration documentation
- Maintain staff attendance, leave records, overtime, and payroll related information
- Coordinate with PROs, government authorities, and external service providers
- Maintain company documentation, licenses, insurance policies, and renewal schedules
- Administer company accommodation, transportation, and fleet records
- Coordinate with project managers, joinery workshop, suppliers, and clients on administrative matters
- Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, and other business correspondence
- Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality
- Support management with general administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Administration and HR
- Experience in construction, fit out, or renovation industry preferred
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Experience with visa processing, employee onboarding, and HR administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

About Us
- We are a Dubai based fit out and renovation contractor specializing in high end villa, apartment, office, and commercial renovation projects across the UAE.
- We have a team of 35+ skilled professionals, an in house joinery workshop, and a fleet of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, and employee induction.
- Coordinate visa processing, Emirates ID applications, medical appointments, labour and immigration documentation.

- Support management with general administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
