About Us

  • We are a Dubai based fit out and renovation contractor specializing in high end villa, apartment, office, and commercial renovation projects across the UAE.
  • We have a team of 35+ skilled professionals, an in house joinery workshop, and a fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain employee records, personal files, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, and employee induction.
  • Coordinate visa processing, Emirates ID applications, medical appointments, labour and immigration documentation.
  • Maintain staff attendance, leave records, overtime, and payroll related information.
  • Coordinate with PROs, government authorities, and external service providers.
  • Maintain company documentation, licenses, insurance policies, and renewal schedules.
  • Administer company accommodation, transportation, and fleet records, including vehicle registration, insurance, servicing, Salik, and maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate with project managers, the joinery workshop, suppliers, and clients on administrative matters.
  • Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, and other business correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of company and employee information.
  • Support management with general administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Administration and HR.
  • Experience in the construction, fit out, or renovation industry is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience with visa processing, employee onboarding, and HR administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
