About the Role
Pegasus Home Health Care Dubai seeks a proactive Admin & HR Assistant to support daily administrative and HR operations. Responsibilities include office management, recruitment support, employee onboarding, and HR documentation.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Maintain employee records, files, and company documentation
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
- Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requirements
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Support employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain HR databases and personnel records
- Assist in attendance monitoring, leave management, and employee documentation
- Coordinate visa, licensing, and regulatory documentation as required
- Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative or HR support role, preferably in healthcare
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
