Kingston Education is hiring an Admin Lecturer to deliver high-quality training to learners in administrative and office management programs.
The role covers both theoretical and practical instruction.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging theoretical and practical lectures in administration and office management.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and training materials.
- Teach office procedures, business communication, customer service, record management, and administrative operations.
- Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment.
- Update training materials and course content according to industry requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of administrative and office management practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Professional and organized approach to work.
- Previous teaching, training, or lecturing experience is preferred.
