We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk . This role is responsible for the timely and accurate processing, verification, and reconciliation of vendor invoices, payments, and statements, while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal departments.
The Accounts Payable clerk will report to the Admin Manager
Full Time, Year round position
Process high volumes of vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency
Match, batch, and code invoices in accordance with company policies
Verify approvals and ensure proper supporting documentation is obtained
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all transactions
