We are looking for a proactive and responsible Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth workplace operations.

The role requires someone who is hands-on, organized, responsive, and comfortable taking ownership of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
• Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, repairs, pantry, stationery and other office requirements.
• Supervise housekeeping and support staff and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain office supplies, consumables, assets and inventory records.
