Responsibilities
- Handle all administrative duties including documentation, filing, emails, and record management
- Monitor day to day operations of holiday home units
- Visit properties regularly to inspect cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness for guests
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and external vendors
- Report operational issues and follow up until resolution
- Assist with check in/check out coordination when required
- Maintain updated records of units, keys, inventories, and schedules
- Support management with reports and operational updates
Requirements
- Previous experience in an admin or operations role (hospitality or holiday homes preferred)
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
- Attention to detail and problem solving mindset
