Overview

We are looking for an Admin Executive with a strong customer service background, primarily focused on handling calls, client follow-ups, and engagement, while supporting day-to-day real estate administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Conduct agency outreach and send invitations
  • Proactively reach out to agencies from the roster and invite them to visit DPS
  • Manage communication and scheduling to ensure a consistent flow of agency visits to the centre
  • Collect and maintain agency data accurately

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or call handling roles
  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette
  • Extremely well spoken and an ace at making calls
  • Confident in client interaction and follow-ups
  • Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is preferred
