Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Attend meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate meeting minutes
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion
- Draft emails, letters, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate local travel arrangements and occasional business trips
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, government entities, and business partners when required
- Conduct basic research and utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Provide general administrative and executive support as required
Requirements

- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
